How to redeem your discount?
In store:
Provide full name and present ID for proof of identification or show your details through your MyCats App when making a purchase instore.
Online:
Register to The Cats Shop Online with your membership MyCats account email and password to gain access to the discount.
You can contact Membership Services on 1300 46 2287 if you do not remember your password.
Please note: If you have reset your password on your MyCats Account, which is run by Ticketmaster, you will need to update this this on The Cats Shop Online by logging in and going to the Account Details page.
