The Cats Shop reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, The Cats Shop is not obligated to re-send items at the Cats Shop expense.
Note that all orders sent are given authority to leave at the residence unless otherwise advised by the customer.
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria.
Tracking will be provided when your order has been shipped and left our facility.

Member Choice $20 Cats Shop voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or any other offer. There is a limit of one voucher per transaction. Each voucher code can only be used once and in one single transaction. If the purchase value is less than the value of the voucher, the balance of the voucher cannot be used against any further transactions. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged. Voucher is not redeemable on shipping costs. There is no postage charge for the member cap or scarf.
The Club can cancel a voucher if it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions. The voucher is valid until 5pm on 31/08/2024 and must be redeemed before then. Vouchers can be used instore or online.
