Please note, emails are not monitored outside of trading hours and on weekends.  

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

Domestic delivery only.

Excludes bulky items/orders with large product quantity/orders that include products that require multiple packaging i.e posters, memorabilia, personalised items and jewellery.

SHIPPING

The Cats Shop ships orders via AusPost eParcel.

Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled & dispatched on the next business day or within 48hrs from time of ordering hours. Please note, delays of 1-7 days may occur during peak sale & event times.

If you require a “signature on delivery”, please state under "delivery instruction" on order.

Please note if you have not requested 'signature required', The Cats Shop is NOT responsible for any stolen or missing items once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the postal address provided. If you think your parcel may have been misplaced, please contact Australia Post for further investigation.

International: $35

ADDITONAL INFORMATION

- International airmail is not insured in case of loss during transit. The Cats Shop will not replace any items that are lost in transit using this method.

- The Cats Shop Online will not be liable for any additional fees applied by Customs. 

- Some larger and bulkier items have an additional postage cost attached to them, this is due to the extra weight and size.

- Please note memorabilia products are sent via courier and delivery can take between 10-15 working days. Postage charges on these items are displayed on each individual product.

- Orders with heat press names will have additional processing/handling time of up to 10 business days.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the Cats Shop. You can track your item here.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products will be dispatched on the date as stated on the Product Description at the time of purchase. Other items within the same order will also be dispatched at this time.
