Excludes bulky items/orders with large product quantity/orders that include products that require multiple packaging i.e posters, memorabilia, personalised items and jewellery.



The Cats Shop Online ships orders via AusPost eParcel.

Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled & dispatched on the next business day or within 48hrs from time of ordering hours. Please note, delays of 1-7 days may occur during peak sale & event times.

If you require a “signature on delivery”, please state under "delivery instruction" on order.

Please note if you have not requested 'signature required', The Cats Shop is NOT responsible for any stolen or missing items once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the postal address provided. If you think your parcel may have been misplaced, please contact Australia Post for further investigation.

- International airmail is not traceable or insured in case of loss during transit. The Cats Shop will not replace any items that are lost in transit using this method.

- Some larger and bulkier items have an additional postage cost attached to them, this is due to the extra weight and size.

- Please note memorabilia products are sent via courier and delivery can take between 10-15 working days. Postage charges on these items are displayed on each individual product.

- Orders with heat press names will have additional processing/handling time of up to 10 business days.




Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email with a tracking number from Shippit. A secondary confirmation email will be sent to you from the Cats Shop. You can track your item here.

Pre-order products will be dispatched the date as stated on the product  at the time of purchase. Additional products ordered with pre-order items will be dispatched together. If you would like items to be sent separately please contact the Cats Shop directly OR alternatively leave a comment when placing your order.
